I noticed how much energy it gave me!
I usually have one around 8 and it keeps me satisfied until my 11:00 am snack.
1 ripe banana
2 or 3 chunks of pineapple
1/2 papaya
1/2 ripe mango
1/2 orange
1 handful of cashews
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
3 stalks of kale (without the stem)
2 tablespoon of coconut manna (Nutiva makes a delicious and cheap one)
1 teaspoon of maca powder
Add water and ice cubes, and blend until it's smooth!
